Work profile creation on OPPO A6 PRO
Michel and jasonbayton you know that you both hit me, right?
I'm one of the admins where its "my job" to get (or already know) the reason why something is failing. I'm not a "partner" or MDM provider.
And i don't have a problem to reach out (here or to the MDM support) if i can't get further myself.
Thats my job and doesn't desolate anything here.
And I think thats how it should be, an enduser should be able to rely on their IT admin to help them with these kind of issues right?
An IT admin doesn't know all the answers either, but is able to do some further investigation to be able to assist.
But I agree with you, we should always be able to end users but in some cases there are just to many variables in play (what restrictions are you using, what mdm etc)
