Zero Touch Portal to MDM devices show as User Owned - Why?
For Android phones/tablets our resellers are registering them in the Android Zero Touch Portal which is configured to point them to enrol into Google Workspace MDM. When theses devices enrol and sho...
"Note: If your organization deploys Android devices with zero-touch enrollment or a user assigns ownership to the company during device setup, the devices aren't listed in the company owned inventory unless you add them."
Unfortunately it appears to be the way it is with Workspace at the moment. Reach out to their support and raise a complaint 🙂
Seems such stilly thing not being done when it works for iOS devices via Apple Business Manager
You may benefit from raising the same in the GW community as feedback also, but if you're paying for support I'd still raise it with the team directly
