Hey all As I woke up this morning to join you all on another day of checking out the hustle and bustle of this community, I was wondering if you have a morning routine that gets you in work mode? I personally enjoy starting my day with a stretch and soulful music in the background. I feel like it gives me the perfect start to my day. Once I have had a shower, I then have a protein shake or poached eggs on a bagel with avocado. Simple but effective. I then proceed to turn on my laptop and check out any emails that I have received the day before. I also enjoy creating a to do list to make sure all my tasks for the week are documented. Over to you, how do you get into work mode? Thanks, Reece
Hello everyone! As we reach the end of a busy 2023, we are also reaching the 6 month mark of the Android Enterprise Customer Community, so I thought this was an excellent opportunity to reflect and celebrate a few community milestones. Here are a few of my personal favourites, but please do share your own. 🎉 Our community is growing: 1,300+ registered community members - whoop! 🎉 We are starting to chat, more and more: over 1,300 posts and replies 🎉 More critical information shared: a new dedicated area for customer focused service announcements 🎉 Power of the community: community members identified and tested several important bugs including around missing apps and Gmail managedconfig 🎉 2 community created guides 🎉 I also loved learning about your interests and introductions in our New to the community discussion and off-topics such as what was your first mobile?
Hello everyone, I recently marked my 3-year anniversary with Android Enterprise! 🥳 I was reminiscing about the incredible updates, events, and experiences that have made this journey truly memorable. I then wondered what advice I'd offer the earlier version of myself stepping into this world. For me, it boils down to emphasizing the value that Android Enterprise brings to customers, and stressing the importance of how our customers value a healthy separation between work and personal life. Now, it's your turn. Your insights and thoughts might just be the guide that our community needs. Share your wisdom below! Thanks! Reece
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. Wednesday 24th January: 12-4am (PST) / 8am-12pm (BST) / 12:30-4:30pm (IST) / 4-8pm (JST) Just to let you know, we will be carrying out some scheduled updates in the Customer Community backend on Wednesday 24th January. As part of this work, we may have a period of up to 2 hours where the community will be in 'Maintenance Mode' and not accessible to view or post. We are hoping this will be kept to a minimum though and the impact on your experience will be minor. 🤞 Outside of this time, if you spot anything not behaving as expected or you have any questions on the above, please let us know. Thank you, Lizzie (and @ReeceK)
Hey all, How did Android Enterprise come into play for you this month? For me, I enjoy attending a monthly online stretch and conditioning session. To fully immerse myself, I toggle off my work profile, allowing me to concentrate entirely on the session. How about you? In what ways did Android Enterprise enhance your month? Share your experiences! Thanks, Reece
Ring Ring 📞…. It's time for a trip down memory lane. 🚀 Let's share some nostalgia and chat about our first mobile phones! 📞👶 I’ll start, my first mobile phone was the Nokia 3210. It was passed down from my Mum who upgraded to a Sony Ericsson. Good times! How about you? Did you have a customized ringtone? What was your go to feature?. Let us know in the comments.

Hi all, I am looking for a way to disable MAC Address randomization on some fully managed Honeywell CK65 devices that are running Android 9,10, or 11. These are fully managed and we use VMware WS1 as our EMM. I can't find any documentation for this outside of some Samsung specific documentation that involved the use of KSP.Appreciate any suggestions.
Hey all, We're always looking at ways we can continue to innovate and grow this community. In order to do that, we would like your insight. You might be aware that our customer community started in June. We're excited to listen to your thoughts about the community. What aspects do you enjoy, and are there any particular improvements you would like to see?. We will make sure to read every comment, and try our best to implement your ideas accordingly. Thank you, Reece
Here's a fun fact about me: during my time at a previous job, I used to carry three phones in my pocket. One for work, one for personal, and the third was my shiny gadget that I used to showcase to clients across the UK. Back then, the whole idea of consolidating everything onto a single phone hadn't even crossed my mind. Today, depending on your company requirements there are plenty of options that allow for your personal and work applications to be on one device. So my question is, do you carry more than one device? If so, why? Leave a comment below. Thanks, Reece
Hey Community! 🚀📱 As I scroll through the tons of apps on my phone, it got me thinking… what was the most recent app you have added to your collection and why?. For me, it was Solitaire. Whilst I was en route to London for the Product Expert Summit, I found myself without any games to pass the time. So, I decided to go old-school with the classics! 🃏 Let us know in the comments what the last app you downloaded was, and why it caught your eye. - Reece.
Hi there, community! With this new platform comes the ability to add a reasonable, tasteful signature. If you'd like one like mine, it's pretty easy to do! Head on over to your personal info within your profile. Scroll down to signature, and have at it!Plaintext signatureIf you're satisfied with a plain text signature like that of @Lizzie, simply type away. The signature field will accept a few lines-worth of text before it cuts off. HTML signatureFancy something more interesting? The signature input supports HTML, so you're able to embed images, stylise your text, or really anything else other than set your own CSS styles. Here's an example:<b>Hello!</b> <!-- this is a bold line of text --> <br /> <!-- this is a line break --> <img src="my.logo/logo.png" width="250px" /> <!-- this is an embedded image --> <br /> <a href="https://my.blog">Check out my blog for more tips!</a> <!-- this is a link!
Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great start to your week. I have some exciting community team news to update you on - I’m pleased to introduce Reece, who will be joining our small, but mighty team here in the Customer Community! @ReeceK might be new to you, but he's certainly not new to our community, as he was a driving force behind our previous Help Community, so it's great to see him back. Please say hello, if you can, by replying below or when you see him around in the community. 👏 Thanks everyone, Lizzie
Hello everyone I'm new here , hope I'm welcome
Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good start to the week. Wednesday 23rd August: 12-4am (PST) / 8am-12pm (BST) / 12:30-4:30pm (IST) / 4-8pm (JST) I just wanted to let you know that we are carrying out some planned maintenance work on the Customer Community platform on Wednesday (23rd August). I've shared with you the maintenance window above, but we expect the community to only be inaccessible for a very brief period of time. We hope the impact on the community to be very small. Outside of this time, if you spot anything not behaving as expected or you have any questions on the above, please let me know. Thanks so much, Lizzie
Dear Team, I would like to know the support team contact to seek help to migrate my earned Certificates from my old account to new account. i couldnt find required help in the academy portal.
Hello, With all communities and products the period just after it's goes live is a great time to catch any initial feedback including suggestions, bugs, not exactly smart UI... I've created this dedicated post to make it easier for you to reply and share anything you spot. If you want to have more of a focused conversation perhaps on a suggestion, feel free to start a new conversation in this area too. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and potential bugs 🙂 Thank you, Lizzie
