Android zero-touch customer portal

I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to highlight a new product update on zero-touch regarding additional admin roles. I know this has been requested a few times here in the community, so wanted to let you know (in case you haven't seen it). This functionality is now available in your zero-touch customer portal, so feel free to explore it. It would be fantastic to hear your thoughts.

Love the update, maybe we need a proofreading for the translation, we have two types of administrators:

It's hard to say but "Leder" is the most correct translation but not sure the Manager title is well describing the rights the user might have.
And to be honest maybe the Manager role is not nessesary

Great feature! Thanks Lizzie and Team. Unfortunately not tailored for what we would need. We need the Assigners to be able to remove devices as well since I don't want them to create a ticket every time a device leaves the company. Any chance for something like a "Assigner & Remover" Role...?

Thanks for your feedback here jeoffreyburri - glad you like it, but sad you can't make use of it. Thanks for the suggestions, we've had a couple now on this update on tweaks to the individual permissions, we are feeding them directly back to the zero-touch team, so thank you for the extra detail.
