InTune Android connection "unexpected error"
Hi sdube_idc and welcome to the community 🚀
Let's see if some of our members can help out Moombas jasonbayton Michel Alex_Muc Rakib
I'd echo OP. It's literally erroring at inputting the email address in the Google account sign in screen. We don't have any visibility as to what might be happening.
My only thought would be if Intune config is expecting a particular email address be used.. but I'm not sure if they've even implemented that.

Aaah I see what you mean jasonbayton - the heat is getting to me!
sdube_idc I think this post might be helpful - essentially, when trying to add an admin email, it has to be a gmail address.
Please let us know if you need additional assistance 🙂

No it doesn't, the flow here should be supported. sdube_idc if you open the browser console, do you see any pertinent errors in the network tab?

That requirement was removed in August 2024

sdube_idc could you please raise a ticket via your EMM and send me the ticket number via a private message?
Thank you 🙂

They have not. Microsoft docs recommend using the same exact email address as the Entra admin making the connection but it is not required.

Given this seems to be affecting others too, I'm going to lean on it being a Google issue today. Ping Emilie with your details and let us know what happens!
