No Response After Submitting Android Enterprise Contact Form

Dear Android Enterprise Team and Community,

I hope you're doing well.

I submitted the “Get in touch” form on the Android Enterprise website and received the confirmation email on May 30, which I have already responded to. However, I haven’t received any follow-up or contact from a specialist since then.

We are exploring Android Enterprise solutions for our business and are interested in understanding the next steps to get started. Could someone from the team or community please assist or guide me on how to proceed?

If additional information is required from my side, I’d be happy to provide it.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
Deepak

    Hey deepakls143,

Thanks for providing more information on this. I had misunderstood, I thought you were trying to use a customer resource.

Regarding joining the partner programme and/or Partner Portal I would recommend contacting that team directly by emailing: ae-community@google.com as they will be able to help if there are any technical issues or advise you further.

I wish you well with the process.

    Thanks,

    Lizzie

    Hello Android Enterprise Community,

We recently submitted our internal-use Android EMM solution, Alobha Device Manager, for Android Enterprise enrollment consideration. While the application was not approved, we remain committed to aligning with Android Enterprise standards and best practices.

We are reaching out to kindly request feedback or guidance from fellow developers or partners who have experience with the enrollment process. Our aim is to identify any areas for improvement that could strengthen our future submission.

    Solution overview:

Product name: Alobha Device Manager (custom DPC)
Use case: Management of company-owned Android devices (no BYOD support)
Provisioning: QR code setup (Zero-Touch JSON supported upon enrollment)

Distribution: Internal enterprise channels (not available on Play Store)
    Core features include:
    • Kiosk mode for work-specific app usage
    • Remote lock, unlock, and wipe from the admin console
    • Factory Reset Protection policy enforcement
    • IMEI-based device verification
    • Persistent branding and lock screen ownership messaging
    • Policy enforcement via admin interface with regional support

    Product catalog (PDF): https://alobhatechnologies.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Alobha_EMM_Product_Catalogue.pdf

      Hi deepakls143

Sorry to read your application has not been approved.

As this is a customer focused community, we do not have knowledge of the Partner applications so, your best bet is to get in touch with the Partner team directly via the email address provided by Lizzie

They're the only team that can help and advise you further on this specific request.

Wishing the best in your endeavours!

    Hey deepakls143,

Thanks for your follow-up here, it's fantastic to see you received so much helpful advice here.

We have also had a look into this for you internally and I just wanted to highlight Michael's response here (whilst I was away) which should provide more context for you. I just wanted to make sure you didn't miss this. I've now marked this as the solution to highlight it further. I hope this helps and sorry for any confusion here.

    Thanks again,

    Lizzie

    Hi,

If you already have an account, you have a lot of documentation on Android Enterprise Academy : https://androidenterprise.exceedlms.com/student/catalog

Especially Android Enterprise Associate and Professional for beginning. You will find the fundamentals of Android Enterprise, Google Zero Touch and business cases.

      Hi Flo,

Thank you for sharing the Android Enterprise Academy resources — they’ve been helpful in giving us an overview of the platform and its capabilities.

That said, we would like to reiterate that we currently do not have an Android Enterprise account. We are very interested in becoming an Android Enterprise customer and integrating it into our business environment. To initiate this, we have submitted multiple requests via the “Get in touch” form on the Android Enterprise website (the first one on May 30), but unfortunately, we have not received any direct outreach from the team to move forward with account registration.

We would sincerely appreciate any assistance in escalating this request or connecting us with the appropriate contact or onboarding team. We are ready to proceed and are simply awaiting the necessary next steps from Google.

Looking forward to your guidance and support.

      Best regards,
      Deepak

        Hi deepakls143 ,

Thank you for your continued patience. To become an Android Enterprise customer you do not need a special account registration with us. Instead you will need an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution. There are many EMM providers that you can choose, and to help you find one you can take a look at our solutions directory.

If you need expert assistance in exploring Android Enterprise and how to get started with managed mobility you can ask questions here, or alternatively reach out to one of our amazing Mobility Consulting Services (MCS) partners. Our Solutions Directory provides contact links to each of these partners so that you can start speaking to an expert right away.

Apologies for any confusion caused by our 'Get in touch' form. Normally you would receive an email which would direct you to various resources including our Solutions Directory. We are in the process of updating the wording in the form to more clearly state this as an outcome, and to solve an ongoing issue with the email delivery.

I hope this helps. Please do let us know if this information does not help you with next steps, we're excited to welcome you as an Android Enterprise customer soon!

    Hey deepakls143,

Great to meet you and welcome to the Android Enterprise Customer Community.

It's fantastic to hear you are interested in getting started with managing Android for work purposes. Thanks for highlighting your experience with the 'Get in touch' page on our website. I'm going to flag this to our team who looks after that and get back to you.

Out of interest is there anything in particular you are looking for pointers with? Are you still in the research stage? Maybe we can also help provide you with some community tips. 😀

    Thanks,

    Lizzie

      Dear Lizzie ,

Thank you for your warm welcome and for taking the time to respond.

We appreciate your effort in flagging our concern to the respective team. However, we would like to highlight that we have still not been contacted by any specialist from the Android Enterprise team since our original submission on May 30, despite receiving the confirmation email and replying to it.

We are currently exploring Android Enterprise for our business needs and are looking forward to understanding the onboarding process, especially around device provisioning, management options, and the best practices for integrating Android Enterprise in our environment.

If there’s any additional information we need to provide or alternate steps we can take to expedite this, please do let us know. We’re eager to move forward and would greatly appreciate any guidance from the community or team.

      Looking forward to your support.

      Best regards,
      Deepak
