Hi Liz, Thanks for getting back. I have a couple of questions before I am sure this isn't set-up issue. 1. Is there a log to see why the device didn't take ZT. 2. I have 3 devices, and 2 didn't take ZT, Is there a flow to understand why the ZT failed or how can I view that? 3. The one device which got enrolled has a different build number, though, compared to other 2207Views0likes1Comment
