Option for MDM to place app shortcuts on home screen
We have a great wish to place shortcuts for specific apps on the home screen when the app is installed (or at a later point), but this doesn't seem to be possible. When we discuss this with our MDM ...
There are many things they could do but don't today. Resourcing and priorities (outside of revenue obligations) drive a lot of it, so it's probably just very far down the list.
We're into our 7th(?) year of AMAPI and still don't have feature parity with custom DPC, so plenty yet to do!
And also missing the full access on a device when it's fully managed đ€Ł
Some of that is intentional choice, because we can't possibly know what we're doing or understand the consequences like big boys and girls đ
Yeah just some young Android kids đ (not sure i ever used young in that age for myself at some point ever).
