Option for MDM to place app shortcuts on home screen

But why is this? As I see it, Google should be able to provide this option, and I can only imagine, it will be very useful to a lot of customers.
Hopefully, someone from the Android Enterprise Team can elaborate a bit.
There are many things they could do but don't today. Resourcing and priorities (outside of revenue obligations) drive a lot of it, so it's probably just very far down the list.
We're into our 7th(?) year of AMAPI and still don't have feature parity with custom DPC, so plenty yet to do!
And also missing the full access on a device when it's fully managed 🤣
Some of that is intentional choice, because we can't possibly know what we're doing or understand the consequences like big boys and girls 😂
Yeah just some young Android kids 😁 (not sure i ever used young in that age for myself at some point ever).
