So we have some Android devices that are imported to ZTE and then sent to the customers but the customers didn't enroll the devices immediately. They have inactive and turned off for 5 months. After 5 month when they start the device and connect to the internet (Wi-Fi) the enrollment is NOT happening. It just starts without any company profil. You can set it up as a normal private device without access to company apps etc.so my question is, is there a policy in ZTE for this? If the device doesn't report back after x number of days just kick it out / don't talk to that device anymore even if it is still in ZTE portal with a profil.

We are enrolling devices as corporate-owned with work profile, as well as fully managed devices without work profile. All devices receive a device-based Google-Account via EMM registration on enrollment. Our EMM is Workspace One. The issue started around the end of July. On a few devices many approved apps didn't show up at the frontage catalog in the managed Play Store. The missing apps could still be found via search. After delete app-data for the Play Store the missing apps reappeared.Now a month later the issues seems to be getting worse. The issue is happening on nearly every device. Some devices are even unable to find the missing apps via search, even though they are assigned for that app. Deleting app-data for the Play Store does no longer bring back the missing apps. Even waiting for 24h or longer changes nothing.Sending an install command for a missing app from the EMM console to the devices installs the app without issues but still does not add it to the managed Play St

Hi folks, I have deployed my app from Google Workspace (on Work Profile), and I have also installed the same app in my Personal Profile. Now that my app has an updated version on Playstore, my App Update Receiver is not working correctly in personal profile. Is it because both profiles have the same app (package name) or something? because OS is supposed to handle this, any kind of help is appreciated. Note: I am testing on Pixel 3a.

Hi Folks, I have the same app installed from Playstore on both profiles (Work Profile and Personal Profile), when I update the app in Personal Profile (from PlayStore) the app (with same package name) in Work Profile also gets updated, also the app update receiver misbehaves.  Is there a solution to it as both Profiles should be completely separate and standalone?

I'm trying to configure Gmail via managed configuration. I discovered that inside the apk there is a bool restriction "allow_unmanaged_accounts" (Allow Unmanaged Accounts), but it is not mentioned in the documentation (https://support.google.com/work/android/answer/7065453?sjid=7171601269613811155-EU).Setting the value does not affect the operation of the application in any way.I would like to understand whether this limitation is supported or not?

Is it possible to link multiple resellers to Zero Touch portal? We have users based in the UK, Australia, India and the devices are supplied by different rseller in each country. Can we link them all to the Zero touch so all devices can be managed the same way?

Hi All, We are an organization of around 500 employees. We are now moving to zero touch enrollment for our devices. We now have a gmail id connected with our Intune managed google play store. We have created a new business id for zero touch portal and all the EMM configurations have been set.  The problem I am facing is how to add/connect this new official business google id  to managed google play store without needing to re-enroll our devices. The previous user who was handling this, connected the managed google play store with a gmail account. Could you please help? We have over 100+ enrolled devices. Thanks in advance.RegardsIT Group

Hello, I am having trouble accessing certain policies on my android management API since they appear to be unavailable or inaccessible. Although I've looked through the official literature and settings, I haven't been successful in solving the problem.I'm specifically searching for information on  E-mail,Incoming E-mail , Outgoing E-mail,Exchange Active Sync,Asset tag Information, SCEP, Web shortcuts,Web content filter,Access point name. It appears that access to the availability of this policy through my enterprises policies is restricted.If someone could give me instructions on how to access or enable this policy, I would be very grateful. Please share your experiences or insights if you have come across something similar. Thanks!

A client is not sure if they want to use COPE or COBO so the director would like to know which bigger companies use COPE and orient towards them. Most of the companies shown on https://www.android.com/enterprise/customers/ seem to use COBO but it is not stated directly.  Is there an overview of companies using COPE? Thanks!

I have been following google docs on editing Intune QR code to include WIFI details to auto connect to wifi during enrollment  based on the details i have updated the QR code and then using Notepad++ Plugin to generate QR Code with the edited details. When i scan to enroll it gives me error: Wrong QR Code. Hi Folks,I am focused on to auto-launch my app upon installation when deployed from MDMs, to set up and sync with servers. But I can not find a way to do so.I am curious if there is any way to achieve this by any exclusive support for auto-launch by Android Enterprise programmatically. A few MDMs provide this auto-launch feature.Any kind of help is appreciated. Thanks.

For Android phones/tablets our resellers are registering them in the Android Zero Touch Portal which is configured to point them to enrol into Google Workspace MDM.When theses devices enrol and show up in Workspace they still show as User Owned and you have to upload a CSV of serials to switch them to show as Company Owned which is a manual task, why.....is it still 1998?Anyway to automate this, seems very backward to have to download serials from ZeroTouch Portal, edit the file to the correct format and then upload the CSV in the Workspace MDM to have the device show as Company Owned. Also seems further backwards when iPhones in ABM using Workspace MDM automatically show as Company owned.
