I’ve been coding and developing my portfolio website and decided to add gifs that loop to a couple of my webpages. When I tested my website using Google Chrome, I got a broken gifs image. But when I tested on other browsers like Safari and DuckDuckGo, the gifs seem to work just fine. I’ve checked the code for errors over and over and have not been able to find any. So I decided to push my website live in hopes that the issue would get resolved. But the issue still persists. I’ve researched and have tried resetting and updating my Google Chrome browser extension and even updated my computer for the latest iOS updates. But none of that has worked, and I’ve come to realize that the gifs don’t work on any of the Google chrome browsers that I’ve used. I’ve used the Google Chrome browser on friends and family desktop computers to see if the gifs work with no success. So I know it’s not my personal Google Chrome browser settings or computer. Can someone please help!?

Can we get clarity as to why Lacros was pulled and if their are any plans to replace it?

Hi, We have an issue in our tenant with BYOD device enrollment (Personally owned with Work Profile). We use Intune as EMM. We want to push a WiFi policy to our devices but we do not want to preconfigure auto-connection for our users. Our users must manually connect to the network. The problem is that this setting is not supported for BYOD in Intune, so we have no control over it. In addition, the default behaviour of the devices (tested in Realme, Xiaomi, Nokia, Google, Samsung phones) is that autoconnect is enabled by default. Even if the user disables it, next Intune sync enables it back.  Finally, I checked the policy via graph API and I see that: "connectAutomatically": false,    "connectWhenNetworkNameIsHidden": false,    "wiFiSecurityType": "wpaEnterprise", Is this setting not honored by the OS? Is there anything we can do about it?

Hello everyone ,Does anyone use knox sdk restricted method ?  We have an app that has a driving mode and the apps is used for security purpose . Of course the app use  know high restrictions feature like disable apps or enable/disable voice restrictions .  Our xcover on android 15 , we have a message error that's say the app is not running in device owner mode : SecurityException: Caller is not DO or PO or KPU. According to Samsung post here , our app in android 15 will loose many restrictions we use . My question is how we can update to android 15 ? Our device is managed by Ivanti . The device owner of our device is the ivanti app and thus it can use  knox sdk restrictions . I am pretty sure we can't have 2 apps being device owner if i am not wrong  but i didn't find the proof yet . Sounds like the solution is to manage our device with only our EMM which doesn't satisfy our needs .Does anyone have any other idea  ? Hello Team Is there any possibility to link Android Zero touch portal with an Access Management tool with the APIs? We have our internal access management tool of our organization. We want to link the ZTE portal so that the request and permission for adding and deleting admins can be managed by Access management tool. Is there any API for that?

Hello community,I’m facing a situation where we need to set Device Owner (DO) mode on several company-owned Android devices that are already in use and have a Google account logged in.Constraints:- The devices are company property.- Factory reset is not an option due to important data stored on the devices.- We want to enforce MDM policies via Device Owner for security and compliance.Questions:Is it possible to set Device Owner mode on an Android device without wiping or resetting, when a Google account is already signed in?Are there any known solutions or MDM platforms/tools that can claim an already-used device into Device Owner mode without data loss?I would really appreciate any guidance, proven methods, or official references. Hello,We have Android phones included inMDM. I want to see the apps that drain the battery. The personal profile shows the apps that drain the battery. The applications in the job profile are not showing up. Is there any way to view this in detail? 

A few years ago we added an MDM configuration to our app, according to the straightforward guide Setup managed configurationPrevious month we released a new 15.0.0 version of our app, IQ SmartApp EnterpriseBesides other changes, in this release we removed one option from the MDM configuration XML, a deprecated boolean parameter. Indeed the XML validity wasn't broken, no related changes in the app Manifest or so on.However our customers started to complain, that app lost the ability to configure MDM parameters. Also, when adding the app to Approved list on MDM Solutions (we checked on HMD and TinyMDM), in the app details was lost a badge "Tis app offers managed configuration". If download AAB and/or APK from Google Play Console and unpack them, or open them in Android Studio, the required Android Manifest parameter "android.content.APP_RESTRICTIONS" is present and pints to MDM XML config file which is also present in the AAB or APK. If check the APK, taken from Google Play Con

I bought a Google Pixel 9a from Bechtle in Germany. I have already a Pixel 4 assigned and installed via Endpoint Manager. They told me i should add the following reseller ID 1823138271 to my Zero Touch portal. But i cannot find it. I have the following reseller added already: Reseller-Name  Bechtle Direct B.V Entfernen  Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH Entfernen  Brodos how can i find the reseller id 1823138271 in the Zero touch portal?

I'm looking for a way to block the dinosaur game in chrome on Android. I see the AllowDinosaurEasterEgg managed configuration but that is only for desktop Chrome. Are there any plans to implement this for Android? Is there another way to achieve this? This is a high priority request from our customer to the point where we see the only solution is to switch browsers. Thank You

The ability to apply a managed configuration to Gbaord has disappeared. We think this is due to a recent change to the Gboard app where Google has removed this ability.   Environment:MDM = Omnissa Workspace One UEM (we are also hearing reports of this impacting SOTI customers as well)Rugged Zebra Mobile devices, majority running either A11 or A13Leads:Managed App configs are still present on Chrome & ServiceNow Now Agent, hence why we believe this is not an MDM Console issue. We have escalated to Omnissa support anyway, who have in turn escalated to Google.Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I work for an MSP.  We have taken on a new customer that has lost the password for their EMM Bind account (EMM is Intune).  Has anyone else been through a recover process for this and have any advice?  The have approx 200 devices enrolled, so we can't risk them having to be enrolled.

I have added a private app to our managed play store (MS Intune) and followed the steps documented in Distribute private apps to make this available to a partner organization but unfortunately when they attempt to add the app to their UEM solution (Omnissa Workspace ONE) by play store URL they receive a http 404 response and cannot proceed.We have shared an app with them previously (same app, different productFlavor with app id suffix) and that worked seamlessly so we are bit stumped. Reaching out to our respective vendors has not been fruitful so it's not entirely clear what to do next, would appreciate any advice you have!

I have some customer who uses my EMM console integrated with Zero touch services. Some of his previous used device added in zero touch portal but not activate the device as enterprise device that  means not enroll in emm portal. Rather using the devices as personal.Is it violate the google zero touch policy?

I'm being very confused when trying to add a private app into the Stix EMM, and I'm not sure where the problem lies, so I'm asking here! I successfully loaded it in: But when I then click on that and then try to click Select app... nothing happens. Nothing on screen, nothing in the dev console, no network traffic... Nothing.  And so I can't add this app to my devices. And I'm entirely lost as to what's going on. Is this a Stix thing? Or an Android Enterprise thing?

Hey! I noticed a little bug today and wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing this. With the update to Play Store 46.1.37-31 [0] [PR] 755161904, a push message informs you that Google Play Services must be updated. With a COPE device, this only occurs in the work profile. Even if Google Play Services is updated to the latest version (25.18.33 (190400-756823100)), the message appears as soon as you open the Managed Play Store. @Lizzie Is there anything known here? The Managed Play Store works normally despite the warning in the push message. I would also have logs if required.
